As of March 29, 2022, Weatherford College is using Parchment for transcript processing.  Parchment will streamline the transcript process and offers 24/7 secure access compatible with all mobile and tablet devices, 24/7 online order status and tracking, and automated electronic delivery acknowledgment. All current and prior students, are now able to place transcript orders through Parchment to be processed electronically, or printed and mailed via USPS, or expedited delivery for an extra fee.

  • Official transcripts may be sent electronically via pdf or by mail. Official transcripts will include your name as listed on your Weatherford College record, your academic courses and standing TSI/placement scores, and core curriculum information.
  • Electronic copy fee of $2.70 will be charged, mailed copies are $5.25. FedEx expedited service is available for an additional fee.
  • Transcript requests cannot be processed for those students with a financial or academic hold on their record.

  • Most transcript requests will be processed within 24 hours.  Transcripts from our legacy system may require additional approvals from the Registrar’s Office. These requests may take up to two business days.

New students will not have an official transcript until their first semester grades have been posted.  Students may place a request to be processed for courses in progress by selecting transcript to be held for a specific term and/or a degree to be posted.

Students may pick up official transcripts in the Student Services Office at the Weatherford campus with a valid photo ID, at no charge.

Current students are able to view unofficial transcripts by logging into their Coyote Connect portal.
