WC Fine Arts presents “Snow White and Rose Red”
Weatherford College Fine Arts invites families to their upcoming production of "Snow White and Rose-Red" on July 12-13 and July 19-20 in the Alkek Fine Arts Center.
This adaptation is a perfect introduction to the performing arts for young children, offering an engaging story and a concise runtime.
"Snow-White and Rose-Red" is the tale of two sisters who live with their mother and encounter a mysterious bear, who reveals himself to be an enchanted prince. Audiences are encouraged to come and discover what happens next in this whimsical adventure.
The production is approximately 40 minutes in length, making it ideal for young viewers. Admission to all performances is free and open to the public.
Showtimes are at 10 a.m. on Saturdays and 2 p.m. on Sundays.
The cast includes Savannah Pontremoli as Snow White, Frankie Bolton as Rose Red, Victor Martin as Jacob/Bear/Monkey/Alligator, and Skylar Rodriguez as Harry.
The play is directed by students Mia Currie and Nickoli Wooten, and produced by instructors James and Erin Brownlee.
