Post WC school / training? Bachelor’s degree at North Texas and some master’s hours.
What is your current job / title and how long have you been in that field? I taught fifth grade until we purchased the car dealership, and I worked there until our children were born.
What is the best part of your job? The best part of teaching was being with the kids and watching them learn. And the best part of working at the office was watching the joy when people get a new car.
Would you suggest WC to others? Why or why not? Yes, of course, because it has a wonderful reputation of preparing students to move forward to a university.
What is your biggest achievement in life, so far? After my husband, children and grandchildren it would be the WC Alumnus of the Year and Hats off to Heroes awards.
How would you describe the campus life experience you had at WC? Campus life was fun and it had a casual atmosphere that was friendly.
How would you describe the quality of education you received at WC? I received a first class education that prepared me to enter a university with confidence.
How would you describe the individual attention you received at WC? Each professor was sincerely interested in helping students. They took the time to get to know the students and were encouraging.
