Course of study:  Kinesiology (leading to Physical Therapy)

Are you a scholarship recipient?  Yes, I have a softball scholarship.
How long have you played softball?  I have played since T-ball. So, I was age 6.
What position do you play for WC?  Left-handed pitcher
What other sports have you played?  I have played volleyball, basketball, and I ran track in earlier years.
What drew you to WC?  The softball and baseball facility is awesome. We have a nicer facility than many of the schools in Texas.
What is the best part of attending WC?  Playing softball and meeting some of the best people here along the way.
What are your post-WC plans?  I am not sure at the moment. I may keep playing softball, or I may go to a university and just be a normal student and focus on physical therapy.
What are your favorite things to do when you are not at school or studying?  I like hanging out with my friends, going to the lake, and I love to travel.
What is your dream job?  Sports Physical Therapist
Who has been your greatest hero/mentor?  My greatest heroes and mentors have been my parents. They have never left my side through anything I’ve been through, and I’m inspired to be as great and as passionate as they are.
How important was the proximity of WC to your home when choosing to attend?  I was originally supposed to attend St. Edward’s University in Austin for softball, but plans change. Being an hour-and-a-half away from home is one of my favorite parts about WC. I love to go home when I can to see my family.
How would you describe the campus life experience you’ve had at WC?  All of the professors are very nice and try to help you as much as possible. It is nice having smaller classes because you get that one-on-one feeling and can always ask for help.
How would you describe the individual attention you have received at WC?  That is one of the best qualities about WC. You can always get attention from the staff, professors, my coaches and the police officers. Office Cooper has always been there for the softball team and for me, and that means a lot to us.
