What is the best part of attending WC? The best part of attending Weatherford College is being able to know your instructors. They truly do care about your well-being and the concerns you have. They want to see you succeed.
What are your post-WC plans? I plan to transfer to Tarleton to get my BSN.
What is your dream job? I hope to become a Nurse Practitioner.
Who has been your greatest hero/mentor? I can’t say I have a single mentor. I give credit to many people who have put me where I am right now. A few of my high school health science teachers motivated me to pursue the medical field. Dr. Ibe also challenged me to work harder than I have before. I enjoyed taking anatomy and physiology with him as my teacher. Because of him, I learned more than I ever have before.
What is your favorite book? Stories of Your Life and Others by Ted Chiang
How important was the proximity of WC to your home when choosing to attend? Being able to get to school in ten minutes is very helpful for me. It definitely saves me money on expenses.

How would you describe the quality of education you have received at WC? I have learned so many new things at my classes here. The teachers here are very knowledgeable on the material they teach. I feel confident in what I’ve learned and in teaching others that same material, especially when I tutor.
