What is the best part of attending WC? The friendly community, both students and staff.
What are your post-WC plans? Being a compassionate nurse while advancing in studies.
What are your favorite things to do when you are not at school or studying? Watching soccer and basketball.
What is your dream job? A flexible job which allows me time to be with my family as much as possible.
Who has been your greatest hero/mentor? My mother. She taught me good work ethics. She taught me to fight to get to where I want to be. In her I see selflessness. It’s about family, neighbors and community in general.
What is your favorite book? "Romeo and Juliet," by William Shakespeare
How important was the proximity of WC to your home when choosing to attend? It was important but not the main thing. I moved closer when I got admitted. Quality of education was the main consideration.
How important was affordability when choosing to attend WC? It was a big factor, especially compared with private colleges.
How would you describe the campus life experience you’ve had at WC? Very good. I cannot ask for more.
How would you describe the quality of education you have received at WC? Wonderful. Instructors have a lot of experience and passion.
How would you describe the individual attention you have received at WC? Being the only male student in my class, I receive extraordinary attention. It comes with some pressure to succeed.
What is your expectation of your ability to make living based off of your WC education? WC is the beginning. As a vocational nurse I will have modest financial safety as I pursue further education.
