Who has been your greatest hero/mentor? Why? My greatest hero would have to be my Father Raymond Cora, being that he has never given up on me and always been my backbone when times was hard with school or basketball. How important was the proximity of WC to your home when choosing to attend? The distance did not affect me in making my decision to attend Weatherford College. The full ride basketball scholarship was a blessing and I was not going to let distance keep me from that amazing opportunity.
How important was affordability when choosing to attend WC? It was very important, because I would have to travel far and it would cost money to get home and see my family. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full scholarship for basketball so it helped me a lot in managing my money.
How would you describe the campus life experience you’ve had at WC? I love WC a lot just because it feels like a home away from home. The teachers are very nice and caring, students are friendly and everyone seems to care for one another as if we are a big family.
How would you describe the quality of education you have received at WC? I've learned so much since I've been here at WC. Especially thanks to the extra help that WC offers, such as tutoring in math and writing and other subjects. They are always making sure every student has an opportunity to achieve excellent grades.
How would you describe the individual attention you have received at WC? Individual attention at WC is also great, since it is a small school the teachers know their students and you get that one-on-one attention that other schools can't give you because of the large classroom sizes.
What is your expectation of your ability to make living based off of your WC education? Based off my education here at WC, I will receive a good degree in which I will be able to further my education and continue to achieve my goals.
