FALL REGISTRATION

Weatherford College has implemented a new Student Information System that will impact how students register for the Fall 2020 term.

Coyote Connect is your new student portal and can be accessed at the following link: https://coyoteconnect.wc.edu. Student will sign-in with their normal username & password.

FALL 2020 PRIORITY, CURRENT AND RETURNING REGISTRATION is open

  • Open to Students in the following student populations:
    - Students who will have 30 or more hours toward a program at Weatherford College
    - Veterans
  • Open to all Current Students, including dual credit students who will be returning to high school in Fall 2020, and former WC students*, who are returning.

*If you have not attended Weatherford College in the past two terms, you will need to reapply to the college through ApplyTexas.org. For additional questions please contact admissions@wc.edu.

Students may register online through Coyote Connect, if the following requirements have been met:

  • You have attended Weatherford College either SPRING 2020 or SUMMER 2020.
  • You have no holds.
  • You are in good Academic Standing.

JUNE 8th – NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION BEGINS – FALL 2020

  • New, First-Time in College Students, including those entering college with dual credits will be able to enroll June 8th. Additional information regarding Orientation and advisor assignment will be provided in the near future. Please check your student email and refer back to this page for more detailed information.
  • New students are encouraged to make an appointment with an academic advisor through Who’s Next by selecting the link below:

SUMMER REGISTRATION

SUMMER REGISTRATION is now open to ALL students

Navigating myWC

Students can register online through myWC using Campus Connect, if the following requirements have been met:

  • You have attended Weatherford College either FALL 2019 or SPRING 2020.
  • You have no active holds.
  • You are in good Academic Standing.

Additional assistance can be received by making an appointment
for face-to-face or virtual advising appointments at:

If you do not meet these requirements OR you would like an Advisor to reach out to you to discuss summer registration, please make an appointment with an Academic Advisor through www.whos-next.com/wc/appointments/. An academic advisor will contact you as soon as possible. 

** Students who were not enrolled FALL 2019 or SPRING 2020 will need to reapply before registering **

ALL new students should make an appointment with an Academic Advisor through www.whos-next.com/wc/appointments/ after submitting admission documents. All questions regarding admissions, can be directed to admissions@wc.edu.

Students transferring into to Weatherford for the Summer Term, are not required to talk with an advisor; however, it may be necessary to make an appointment with an Academic Advisor through www.whos-next.com/wc/appointments/  to address pre-requisite issues.

For students who have holds on their accounts or are not cleared for web-registration, please email registrar@wc.edu.   

When communicating with the office of student services through email, providing your current student ID will assist our team-members in responding to your needs quicker.

PLEASE NOTE: All general education or transfer-curriculum courses will be fully online for the summer. A limited number of programs whose certification bodies require face-to-face will return to campus this summer.
