Students are encouraged to make an appointment with an academic advisor to avoid wait times by selecting the link above.
Walk-ins are welcome and will be served by an available advisor or in group advising sessions. Please check-in at the Welcome Center within the Academic Building or Lower Level Student Services.
If you have not attended Weatherford in the past two terms, you will need to reapply. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a readmittance application or submit a new application through Apply Texas.
SPRING 2021 REGISTRATION
PRIORITY REGISTRATION: November 3 – 6
Priority Registration is designated for currently enrolled students who have completed 30 or more hours at WC toward their degree plan and current students classified as Veterans. Hours earned outside of WC, and have not been articulated to Weatherford College transcript, aren’t used to determine Priority Registration eligibility.
OPEN REGISTRATION: November 10
Open Registration is designated for current and returning students. Current students are defined as those currently enrolled for the Fall Term. Returning students are defined as students who have previously attended Weatherford College.
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION: December 1
New student registration includes all new students to Weatherford College. Both first time freshman and transfer students. New students, please be sure to view our New Student Checklist.
Weatherford College has implemented a new Student Information System that will impact how students register.
Students may register online through Coyote Connect, if the following requirements have been met:
- You have attended Weatherford College either SUMMER 2020 or FALL 2020.
- You have no holds.
- You are in Good Academic Standing.
Students who have holds on their accounts, please contact the appropriate office to resolve the hold.
- Holds relating to unpaid balances or finance charges should be directed to BOCS@wc.edu
- Holds relating to admissions documents can be directed to email@example.com
Students can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for TSI, pre-requisite clearance, or general questions. It is highly recommended that students make appointments for degree planning or assistance with course registration. See our Academic Advising page for a complete listing of advisors.
When communicating with the office of Student Services through email, providing your current student ID will assist our team-members in responding to your needs quickly.
