Housing Payment Options:

Each semester's housing charges are due at the time set by Weatherford College. Failure to pay room charges accordingly may result in immediate removal from housing and a registration / transcript hold will be applied. Housing charges can be paid in full online through the student's myWC account or in the Weatherford College Business Office each semester. Housing charges can also be paid with financial aid and/or loans.

Payment Plan:

Students also have the option to set up a payment plan online through their myWC account. The room and board payment plan is separate from the tuition and fees payment plan. Students who choose to set up the payment plan will have monthly payments automatically withdrawn from their chosen method of payment throughout the semester. Students can choose to make payments from their checking or savings account or by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. There is a $25, non-refundable fee charged each semester to utilize the payment plan. You must re-enroll in the payment plan each semester.

IMPORTANT: All down and full payments are processed immediately.
Auto-Pay deductions occur on the 5th of each month.
Payment Plan Setup
  • Go to www.wc.edu - the main Weatherford College website.
  • Select the myWC tab in the top right corner of the window.
  • Log-in to your myWC.
  • Select the "Campus Connect" tab.
  • Read the message in the Student Access box and select "Acknowledge."
  • In the Account Balance information box, select "to produce your term-specific bill or make payment."
  • Select the specific term you are setting up for the payment plan and select the "Display Balance" button. It will then display your itemized bill.
  • Select the red "Pay in Full and Payment Plan" button at the bottom of the page.
  • Select the "Housing Plan Payment" option.
  • You will then be guided through the specific steps of setting up a payment plan. It will display your exact down payment, payment amount, and months/dates of payments (5th of each month).
