Housing Payment Options:

Each semester's housing charges are due at the time set by Weatherford College. Failure to
pay room charges accordingly may result in immediate removal from housing and a registration/transcript hold will be applied.
Housing charges can be paid in full online through the student's myWC account or in the Weatherford College Business Office each semester. Housing charges can also be paid with financial aid and/or loans.

Payment Plan:

Students also have the option to set up a payment plan online through their myWC account. The room and board payment plan is separate from the tuition and fees payment plan. Students who choose to set up the payment plan will have monthly payments automatically withdrawn from their chosen method of payment throughout the semester. Students can choose to make payments from their checking or savings account or by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. There is a $25, non-refundable fee charged each semester to utilize the payment plan. You must re-enroll in the payment plan each semester.

IMPORTANT: All down and full payments are processed immediately and you must re-enroll in the payment plan EACH SEMESTER.

Payment Plan Setup

  • Go to www.wc.edu
  • Select the myWC tab and sign on.
  • Select the "Campus Connect" tab.
  • Select the blue "Here" to choose how you would like to receive funds from Weatherford College.
    (NOTE: If you have already selected how you would like to receive refunds, please skip down to the Message Notification step.)
  • When finished, return to Campus Connect and select the "Click Here" box after completing the Refund Choice to continue.
  • Go to the Message Notification section and acknowledge the message.
  • Select Account Information, Review/Pay Account, Select the term, Display balance.
  • Select "Pay in Full and Payment Plan" button at the bottom of the statement.
  • Select the "Housing Plan Payment" option. (Important Note: This is a separate payment plan from the Tuition Payment Plan option.)
  • You will then be guided through the specific steps of setting up the payment plan. It will display your exact down payment, amount, and months/dates of payment (5th of each month).
