Selection into the program is based upon the following scoring methods:
Pre-requisite Courses
Anatomy and Physiology I, College Algebra, Introduction to Psychology, English Composition I
Co-requisite Courses
Humanities or Performing Arts (3 credit hour)
* Science courses must have been taken within the last five years from the date
of entering the program.
A = 4 points
B = 3 points
C = 2 points
Pre-requisite and Co-requisite Courses
A = 4 points
B = 3 points
C = 2 points
Bonus Points Course – *Anatomy and Physiology II
A = 4 points
B = 3 points
C = 2 points
Applicants with previous college degrees Points:
AA or AAS = 4 points
BS or BA or higher = 6 points
The 40* applications with the highest cumulative points will be selected for an interview. The top 24* applicants will be accepted into the program and the next 10 applicants will be selected as alternates. *Number of applicants is subject to change.
It is strongly recommended that all co-requisite courses be completed prior to entering the Radiologic Technology Program.
