of the Texas State Library:
1. EBSCO e-books (Searchable in the LIbrary Catalog): To use e-books offline (without an internet connection), download Adobe Digital Editions software and create an Adobe ID.
2. Proquest e-book Central (Not Searchable in the LIbrary Catalog)
