The 17th annual Weatherford College Foundation Golf Tournament is set for Thursday, Oct. 19, at Canyon West Golf Club.
“We appreciate all of the sponsors and the players who support our golf tournament,” said Bob Glenn, WC Foundation president. “We have a good time at Canyon West, but it’s all about supporting the students of our college.”
Established in 1978, the foundation provides scholarships for Weatherford College students and other support of WC. The foundation has given more than $242,000 in scholarships so far this academic year to WC students.
The entry fee is $85 per person or $325 per foursome. This fee includes lunch from Chicken Express, a golf shirt, green fees, cart and a grilled burger dinner. For an extra $25, purchase a mulligan package of two mulligans and two raffle tickets.
