Marilyn St. Clair was recently awarded Postsecondary Business Teacher of the Year from the Mountain-Plains Business Education Association.
St. Clair, a 37-year employee at Weatherford College, is the Department Chair for the Business Computer Information Systems.
This award recognizes St. Clair’s significant contributions and countless hours of service toward business education.
The M-PBEA is made up of nine US states and two provinces in Canada and is part of the National Business Education Association, the nation’s leading professional organization devoted exclusively to serving individuals and groups engaged in instruction, administration, research and dissemination of information for and about business.
The M-PBEA holds an annual conference where they recognize individuals in seven categories including Postsecondary Business Teacher of the Year. This year’s conference was held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, from June 14-17.
