Need a Transcript?

No fee is charged for transcript requests.

Transcripts must be requested in a manner that allows for the students handwritten signature authorizing release of information. If you are not able to do this in person at the Admissions Office, print out the transcript request form and fill it out completely, including your signature. Send the form by mail or fax to:

In order for an official Weatherford College transcript to be released, you must:

  1. Provide us with an official, final highschool transcript if you have not attended another college, or
  2. Provide us with an official transcript from the last college you attended.

All holds must be cleared in order for official or unofficial transcripts to be printed and released through Student Affairs.
