6 Steps to Registering Online |

The following is a guide to help aid you in registering online. As always, if you have any problems or questions, feel free to meet with your advisor or stop by student services. We'd be happy to help. Please click here for a printable copy of these instructions.
Step 1: Visit with your advisor.
- Check to see if you are cleared for Web-Registration.
- Check to see if you have any holds.
- Student Services Number (817-598-6241)

Step 2: Login to Campus Connect
(You can access the log in page by clicking the following link Campus Connect, or by going to the homepage at www.wc.edu, click on current students, on the right hand side you'll see a link for Campus Connect, click it and then scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click link again to access the log-in page).
- To log in to Campus Connect, you can use your STUDENT ID or Social Security Number for your Student ID.
Your PIN is your date of birth in a MMDDYYYY format. No dashes No Spaces. (Once you've logged-in notice your Student ID number in RED)
Step 3: Scroll over the Drop Down Menu labeled "Registration". Notice your options
- Add/Drop Course - Click to Add and Drop Course Online
- Course Availability - Click to determine when courses are offered
- Degree Shop - Click to see what courses you've taken, and what courses you still need to take.
- View Schedule - Click to view and print your new schedule
- View Grades - Click to find out your semester grades
- Unofficial Transcript - click to view all course history at Weatherford College
Step 4: Click on Add/Drop Courses
- If you are currently taking a developmental course, and will need to take the next sequence of the developmental course, please speak with your instructor regarding advancement. Keep in mind when registering you must add the developmental course first, before you add your other courses, if you are required to be in a developmental course.
At the bottom of the screen there will be a button for you to Acknowledge. Click to move on to the next screen. The next screen discusses payment of Tuition. Remember all tuition and fees are due by December 15. Payment plans are available. Check with the financial aid office if you are expecting financial aid to assist with your payments
Step 5: After you acknowledge you've read the payment info screen
After you acknowledge you've read the payment info screen, the next page will have two List Boxes. The first box lists all of Weatherford College Campuses and the second box lists all subject areas.
- Click on the location, then click on the Subject area and then click "List Courses" on the Right.
- You will then see a listing of all courses for that subject area, at campus you've selected. The listing will include the name of the Course, Time, Days of the week, instructor, and Location. To the far right you will see a button labeled "Add". Click to Add. Once clicked, the screen will refresh, and you will see the course at the top of the screen with a "Drop" button to the right. If you need to drop the course added, click the drop button.
Step 6: Once you have added all your classes
Once you have added all your classes, you can find your tuition total by scrolling over "student information" and click on "Review Pay Account". Make sure you print out a copy for your records.
