Logging on to Campus Connect
Campus Connect is the student information system used by Weatherford College. Students may use the system to register for classes, receive grade reports, check financial aid status, pay tuition/fees, print unofficial transcripts, and other options.
To log on to Campus Connect read this screen and click the link at the bottom of the page to continue to Campus Connect. Upon reaching the log in screen you will need to:
- Enter your student ID The first time you log in to Campus Connect, you may use either your social security number or student ID.
- Enter your pin number. Please Note: The first time that you access Campus Connect your PIN number is the complete eight digits of your birthdate. (Example: July 4, 2003 is 07042003).
Payment of Tuition
- Payment for May-Mini, Summer 1 and Summer 2 tuition and fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
- Payment for Fall 2012 tuition and fees is due on August 01, 2012. After that day, payment is due the day you register.
- You will be dropped from all classes if payment is not received by the due date.
- If dropped for non-payment, you will be charged a $50.00 reinstatement fee when you re-register.
Parking
- Vehicles parked on the Weatherford College Campus or the Education Center at Mineral Wells must display a current and valid Parking Permit.
- The parking permits are valid until August 31 of the current school year, and must be renewed each semester.
- You must submit payment to the Business Office prior to contacting the Campus Police Department to receive your permit.
- Student Parking Request Form can be found at http://www.wc.edu/parking-registration or at the Campus Police Department. Vehicles belonging to students and not displaying their parking permit will be ticketed.
