Vehicles parked on the Weatherford College Campus or the Education Center at Mineral Wells must display a current and valid Parking Permit. Payment for parking is automatically included when you pay for your tuition and fees each semester. The parking permits are valid until August 31 of the current school year. Students must go to the Campus Police Department, located in Couts Hall on the Weatherford College main campus in Weatherford, to pick up their student parking permit.
Vehicles belonging to students and not displaying their parking permit will be ticketed. Detailed parking information may be in the Weatherford College Student Handbook, by visiting the Weatherford College Police Department, or below on this page.

Definitions
| Moving Violation | Any violation where a vehicle is being operated by a driver or occupied by a person in the driver's position of the vehicle |
| Parking citations | Issued to both the automobile and the operator and are the responsibility of the registered owner of the vehicle. Students and employees of the college are also responsible for any vehicle operated by them regardless of the state vehicle ownership registration. |
| Parking violation | Any violation where the vehicle is not being operated by a driver, including all registration violations. |
| Restricted parking | Indicated on campus by yellow or red curbs. |
| Student | Anyone enrolled in credit and/or non-credit courses. |
| Vehicle | Any device in, upon, or by which any persona or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway or street except devices moved by human power. |

Important Information About Your Student Identification Number
Disclosure of your student ID number is required in order register a vehicle for parking at Weatherford College. Your student ID number will be used as a unique number to identify you within the parking program and with other internal college systems. Any further disclosure of your student ID number will be governed by the Public Information Act (chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code). With few exceptions, you are entitled on your request to be informed about the information Weatherford College Police Department collects about you. Under Sections 552.021 and 552.023 of the Texas Government Code, you are entitled to receive and review the information. Under Section 559.004 of the Texas Government Code, you are entitled to have Weatherford College Police Department correct information about you that is held by us and that is incorrect, in accordance with departmental policy. The information that Weatherford College Police Department collects will be retained and maintained as required by Texas records retention laws (Sect 441.180 et seq. of the Texas Government Code) and rules. Different types of information are kept for different periods of time.
