How Do I Apply for Upward Bound?

See your High School guidance counselor for an application packet
OR
Call the Upward Bound office at 817-598-6441 and have an application packet mailed to you
OR
Download an application packet (PDF Format)
THEN

Complete the application packet
Attach your high school transcript
Attach a copy of your family's most recent Federal Income Tax Return
Return the completed forms to the UB office
Attend the next scheduled meeting (see calendar).
