Do I Qualify for Upward Bound?

• meet federal income guidelines established by the U. S. Dept. of Education
AND/OR

• be raised in a family where neither of the student's parents have completed a four year college degree
AND

• be a U.S. citizen or hold permanent residency status
AND

• be enrolled in the 9th or 10th grade at one of the following target schools:

Godley Jacksboro Perrin Springtown

Gordon Millsap Poolville Weatherford

Graford Mineral Wells

• possess a sincere interest in continuing their education beyond high school
• demonstrate need for program services
• have the academic ability to succeed in college
• have a history of maintaining good behavior.
