Application Dates

Applications to the Associate Degree Nursing program are accepted the first business day of December through the last business day of February each year for the class beginning in the fall semester; and the first business day of May through the last business day of July for the class beginning in the spring semester.

Applications to the LVN - RN Transition Nursing program are accepted the first business day of November through the last business day of January each year. Classes begin each year in May.

Application Checklist

• Associate Degree Nursing 

___  Apply to Weatherford College and meet TSI requirements

Submit the following as a packet to the Nursing Office during the application period:
___  Allied Health Application
___  Official college transcripts
___  Passing TEAS test scores
___  Proof of first Hepatitis B immunization or positive titer or Department of State
         Health Services waiver
___  Official TOEFL iBT scores, if applicable. Must be received by application deadline.

• LVN - RN Transition Program

___ Apply to Weatherford College and meet TSI requirements

Submit the following as a packet to the Nursing Office during the application period:

___  Copy of LVN licensure
___  Official college transcripts
___  Passing TEAS test scores
