How to Pay for Your Courses

How do I pay for my tuition and fees at Weatherford College

The most current tuition and fee schedules appear in the Schedule of Classes for each semester. The due date for payment is stated at the bottom of the student's statement, accessed by clicking on the "Review/Pay Account" button located under the "Student Information" option. A different statement and a different due date is printed for each registration term. The student is responsible for checking on the status of their account. Students WITHOUT payment or payment arrangements by the due date(s) will be withdrawn/dropped from their courses and are not guaranteed space availability in the same course(s) upon re-enrollment. Students who are dropped for non-payment will be charged a $50 reinstatement fee upon re-enrolling for classes.

Forms of Payment:
Cash:
Weatherford College accepts cash for full payment in person at the Business office located on the main campus on the lower floor of the Business Building. Cash payments may also be made at the Decatur and the Mineral Wells Centers.

Financial Aid:
Even if financial aid has been approved, the student is responsible for checking their statement to see if their award has paid the statement in full. If the scholarship or grant has not paid, or has not paid the statement in full, the student should contact the Financial Aid Office at (817) 594-5471 ext. 295 or (800) 287-5471 ext. 295.
Failure to satisfactorily resolve any unpaid balance will result in the student being dropped for non-payment. Each source of financial aid may have different eligibility requirements which must be met to receive payment. Any academic change (i.e., dropping hours, satisfactory academic progress, etc.) may render a student ineligible causing the source of payment to be retracted from the student's account.
