PROGRAMMING OPTION

Students receive hands-on experiences in computer laboratories combined with lectures to provide a complete understanding of structured programming techniques that will enable them to successfully pursue advanced degree programs. Upon completion of the two-year degree program, students will be competent in the understanding and practical use of computer systems and high-level programming languages. This program prepares the student to seek entry-level job opportunities that include: programmer, programmer/analyst, systems analyst, and production analyst. Students must be proficient in keyboarding prior to enrolling in and pursuing this degree.
