New Student Checklist


1)    Apply for Admissions

2)    Provide official high school and (all) college Transcripts, or Home School Transcripts.

3)    Provide proof of meningitis vaccination. For Additional Meningitis Information - Click HERE!

4)    Explore financial aid and scholarship opportunities at www.fafsa.gov and
        www.wc.edu/financialaid.

5)    Complete placement testing (if applicable) – call the Testing Center at 817-598-6383
       
or 817-598-6439 to schedule testing.

6)    Complete Math Diagnostic Exam.

7)    Consider housing options. Check out Coyote Village at coyotevillage.wc.edu/

8)    Attend Group Advising.

9)    Register for classes – View the Registration Guide and Schedule of Classes
       at www.wc.edu/schedules.

10)  Pay tuition & fees by deadline – installment plan is available.

11)  Register your vehicle and get your Student I.D. card. Visit www.wc.edu/parking for
       auto registration information.

12)  Register for and attend WC Live! – this fun, interactive welcome event is held each
       August.
