The Weatherford College Department of Human Resources Department is located on the lower floor of the Couts Hall (East end of main campus) next to the Campus Police Department.
Employment opportunities are typically updated each week and can be reviewed on the college website. The Department of Human Resources also maintains an employment binder with current vacancies which the public is invited to review in the Human Resources office during regular business hours. REFERRALS: The Department of Human Resources refers applications, which meet or exceed the posted qualifications, to the employing department.

SECURITY CHECKS: At the present time, Weatherford College conducts a criminal history background check on all individuals employed by the institution. Additionally, positions which require driving of college vehicles require applicants to possess and maintain a valid Texas State driver's license and maintain evidence of insurability.
SELECTIVE SERVICE REQUIREMENT: HB 558, passed by the 76th Legislature requires that males between the age of 18 and 25 show proof of compliance with federal Selective Service law in order to be eligible for employment with the state.
CRIME INFORMATION AND STATISTICS: The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) requires institutions of higher education make public their campus security policies and release to the campus community crime data collected or reported. In compliance with the Clery Act, Weatherford College is required to distribute this information to all current and prospective employees and students.
