WC Human Resources
The Weatherford College Human Resources Department is located on the lower floor of the Couts Hall (East end of main campus) next to the Campus Police Department.
Employment opportunities are typically updated each week, and can be reviewed on the college website. The Human Resources Department also maintains an employment binder with current vacancies which the public is invited to review in the Human Resources office during regular business hours. The Human Resources Department is open Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and on Fridays from 8am to 4pm.
The Human Resources Department maintains information about the Weatherford College employees, advertises position openings, provides new employee orientation, and maintains information concerning benefits and programs available to Weatherford College employees.
Available positions may be reviewed under the "Employment" tab of this section.
Application packets must include the following.
1. An application from WC.
2. A cover sheet with the title of position of interest.
3. Resume and letter of interest/intent.
4. Copies of transcripts, if the position requires a degree.
5. Information about certifications and licenses, if required.
Faxed applications will not be accepted. Please mail to 225 College Park Dr. Attn: Human Resources, Couts Building Rm 309, Weatherford, TX 76086. Or deliver in person.
Due to volume of applications received, and the different committees reviewing applications, a separate application must be remitted for each position of interest. All applications will remain on file for 90 days.
Non-selection letters and/or thank you responses are mailed only to those applicants invited to appear before our search committees. However, please do not be discouraged...because as Weatherford College continues to experience sustained growth, new opportunities will become available. So please make sure to check back often.

REFERRALS: The Human Resources Department refers applications, which meet or exceed the posted qualifications, to the employing department. For each position listed, if indicated, a combination of equivalent education, training and experience may be substituted for the stated requirements.

SECURITY CHECKS: At the present time, Weatherford College conducts a criminal history background check on each staff member employed by the institution. Additionally, positions which require driving of college vehicles require applicants to possess and maintain a valid Texas State driver's license and maintain evidence of insurability.
SELECTIVE SERVICE REQUIREMENT: HB 558, passed by the 76th Legislature requires that males between the age of 18 and 25 show proof of compliance with federal Selective Service law in order to be eligible for employment with the state.
