At its regular monthly meeting, the Weatherford College Board of Trustees heard another presentation by Mr. Chuck Nixon, a principal with Jacobs Engineering, who outlined a more detailed plan for necessary infrastructure updates and expansion of facilities on the main campus in Weatherford.Additionally, before convening the regular monthly meeting, the trustees, several WC employees and members of the community witnessed the official drawing to determine name placement on the May election ballot for four of the trustee places. As drawn by an impartial party, the May 9 ballot will list, in order, for Place 3: Lin Bearden and Dr. Trev Dixon; for Place 4: Joel Watson and Dr. Tom Novak; for Place 5: Trey Cobb and Bob Lee and for Place 6: Mayola Lasater and Frank Martin.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the WC Board of Trustees is Wednesday, April 8, 2009.
