Outright Cash Gifts

Gifts of cash paid outright or pledged over a period of years provide immediate support for Weatherford College students. Gifts should be mailed to the Weatherford College Foundation, 225 College Park Dr., Weatherford, TX 76086.

Annual Fund

Gifts in response to our Annual Fund campaign make an immediate impact on our students while giving donors the opportunity to choose which specific college programs they want to support. See the Annual Fund page for more information.

Create an Endowment

Your name or the name of a loved one will be connected with a scholarship for as long as Weatherford College exists. Endowed funds are invested rather than used as cash for immediate needs. The earnings are distributed to the college for scholarship funds or other needs, as determined by the donor.

Securities

Publicly traded securities, shares of stock in closely held companies, bonds and government issues provide a double benefit to donors: a current income tax deduction and the avoidance of capital gains taxes.

Real Estate

Homes, commercial properties, farmland, rental properties and undeveloped land can make substantial gifts to the foundation.

Tangible Personal Property

Works of art, jewelry, antiques, coins, stamps and other collections, automobiles, manuscripts, books, maps and other materials that are in line with the college's educational objectives are welcomed gifts.

Deferred Gifts

Wills, life insurance policies, and a variety of trusts provide long-lasting benefits to WC's students, while providing tax benefits to donors.
