O ne can go home again, and that's just what Dal Hudson hopes to do someday. The native Brazilian, who came to the U.S. eight years ago, wants to open an orphanage in her home country, and her time here at WC, she says, is helping prepare her for that venture.

"I love this school and the teachers," Dal says. "They are so organized, and I have learned so much from everyone."

She credits her history instructor, Brad Tibbitts, with giving her that extra boost to stay focused. "He told me, 'you can do it,' and I have!"
