Are you preparing for your Junior or Senior year and interested in Dual Credit classes?

- Submit an online Apply Texas Application. After navigating to Apply Texas, click on "Get started now". (Please remember to include your social security number on the application.)
- Ask your counselor for an Early Admission Application. This form may be accessed on the Early Admission webpage by clicking on the Early Admission Form link. The application is a one page form that you will sign, your parent will sign, and your high school counselor will sign. You may submit this form by mail, hand deliver to WC Student Services, or fax. Please direct all documents to the attention of Angie Atkins. (Angie's contact information is below.)
- Submit a current high school transcript to Weatherford College. You can acquire this from your high school counselor or registrar. This can also be mailed, hand delivered, or faxed.
- Submit a Dual Credit Tuition Waiver Form if applicable. This form is located on page 16 of the Early Admission and Dual Credit Handbook. PLEASE READ THIS FORM CAREFULLY. This only pertains to those students who participate in the Free/Reduced Program at their high school or enroll in a technical course (workforce education). This form will also need to be approved and signed by your high school counselor or principal.
- Schedule placement testing if needed. Please refer to the TSI Placement Requirements for any questions on eligibility. If placement testing is required, please call the Testing Center to schedule an appointment 817-598-6383 or 817-598-6439. Testing must be met before you can enroll in classes.
- Register online via Weatherford College's Campus Connect system. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click link again to access the login page.
- To login to Campus Connect, you can use your STUDENT ID or Social Security Number for your Student ID. (If you use your social security number to login, your student ID number will be displayed with red numbers at the top of the page.
- Payment for tuition may be submitted in several ways:
- Set up a payment plan through FACTS on Campus Connect. Login to Campus Connect using the directions above. Under Student Information, select Review/Pay Account. Select the term. Click pay by FACTS at the bottom. Please note there is a $25.00 enrollment fee per semester and a $25.00 returned payment fee.
- Visit WC's Business Office on campus. They will accept check, debit, or credit card.
- Contact WC's Business Office by phone 817-598-6265 and use debit or credit card.
- If you plan on applying for the Dual Credit Tuition Waiver, please make sure to submit the waiver form well before the early registration deadline. WC's Financial Aid Office must first apply the waiver to your account before your balance reflects the waived tuition amounts.
PLEASE CHECK THE REGISTRATION GUIDE FOR TUITION DUE DATES. THERE IS A SPECIFIC EARLY REGISTRATION PAYMENT DEADLINE. ANY ENROLLMENT DONE AFTER THE DEADLINE MUST BE PAID THAT SAME DAY.
