Coyote Alert

The Coyote Alert system is used for notification in the event of unscheduled campus closings or emergencies. Coyote Alert messages may be sent to your home phone, cell phone, or by text message. All Weatherford College students, faculty and staff are strongly encouraged to sign up for Coyote Alert. Coyote Alert participation is strictly voluntary.

To sign up for Coyote Alert, go to www.HyperAlert.com and enter your user name and password.

Your user name for the system is WC(student or employee ID number) and your password is your student or employee ID number. As an example, if your student or employee ID number was 12345678, your user name would be WC12345678 and your password would be 12345678.

Please Note: If your ID number begins with a zero, please do not use the leading zero when entering your ID number in both your user name and your the password.

Updating your information

Upon entering the system you will be presented with a page to update your contact information.
All system members are strongly encouraged to change the password to something you can remember.
