• Walk-in vaccinations will be given Monday, January 12, 2012
From 8 am to noon and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
If you are not able to attend that date, call the District Office to schedule an appointment.
• The vaccination is $50. The only insurance which is being billed for the vaccination is Blue Cross Blue Shield.
• Please bring your permanent shot record with you if you have one.
• If you are pregnant, you will need your physician’s approval to receive the vaccination.
