Weatherford College Student Ambassadors

About the WC Ambassadors

During the 2004-05 school year, Weatherford College, with the support of the Weatherford College Foundation, initiated a new program to help support the recruitment and retention of students. This program, the Weatherford College (WC) Ambassadors, consists of 10 student recruiter/tour guides who support the efforts of the College in familiarizing prospective students with what Weatherford College has to offer as well as actively participate in supporting College events.

The WC Ambassadors are trained to be tour guides, and are well versed in the history and traditions of Weatherford College, dealing with diverse populations, etiquette, and general college knowledge. It is their job to take visitors on tours of the campus and answer questions about WC from a students perspective.
